We are a local construction company offering concrete builds & repairs, foundations, demolition and excavation for general contractors and property owners who value the prestige of quality craftsmanship and peace of mind that the projects are completed with excellence and efficiency.

Martin Berumen worked with his brother for several years building foundations for new homes before branching out and starting his own company in 1993 with the goal of making a better life for his family. For Martin and his wife Alice, business and family were always connected. They started out small, with Alice doing the bookkeeping, using their one-bedroom home as their office while raising a family.

Martin and Alice quickly grew to understand the daily struggles that come with growing a company and family. They realized how important a business is; not just to their own family, but the family of others' as well. What started out as a mission to make a better life for his family grew into one of helping businesses and property owners, make stronger communities. 

For over 30 years they were able to build relationships with general contractors and property owners by listening to what they wanted, being honest about what they could accomplish & over delivering on their promises.

In 2021 Martin and Alice passed the business down to their daughter Joanna and her husband Michael Hampton, keeping it a family owned and operated company.  Today Michael and Joanna continue working toward Martin and Alice's vision of building foundations of trust with integrity and craftsmanship all while raising a family of their own.
